RA (Resident Advisor)
Significado: A student staff member who supervises a dormitory floor, enforcing rules and supporting residents.
The RA is part authority figure, part counselor, part big sibling. They live on the dorm floor, plan social events, mediate roommate conflicts, enforce quiet hours, and handle emergencies. 'The RA is cool' means they look the other way on minor rule violations. 'The RA is strict' means you have to be sneaky. Being an RA comes with free housing (a major perk) and the challenge of being the authority figure among your peers. RAs see everything — and the stories they could tell.
