Significado: The cheapest seats in a venue, located at the very top and far from the stage.
Nosebleed seats (or 'the nosebleeds') are so high up in an arena or stadium that you jokingly might get a nosebleed from the altitude. They're the budget option — the performers look like ants, but you're still in the building. The term is used affectionately despite the complaint.
