Moving the goalposts
Significado: Changing the rules or criteria after someone has already met the original requirements.
Used to call out unfair changes to standards or expectations. Whether a boss keeps adding requirements after you've met the original ones, or an argument shifts criteria, moving the goalposts is seen as dishonest and frustrating. Very common in political and workplace discourse.
