Mosh pit
Significado: An area at a concert where people aggressively push, shove, and slam into each other while dancing.
The mosh pit is a chaotic zone near the stage at rock, metal, punk, and sometimes hip-hop concerts. Moshing involves pushing, body-slamming, and crowd surfing. Despite the violence, there's an unwritten code — if someone falls, you pick them up. Mosh pits are equal parts terrifying and exhilarating.
