Trifling
Meaning: Worthless, lazy, disrespectful, or morally low. Describes someone or something of very poor quality.
In AAVE, trifling is one of the strongest words of disapproval. A trifling person is someone who lacks basic decency — they might cheat, lie, mooch off others, or behave disrespectfully. Trifling behavior is considered beneath contempt. It can also describe things that are cheap, broken, or badly maintained.
