Stage dive
Meaning: The act of jumping off the stage into the crowd at a concert, trusting the audience to catch you.
Stage diving is a high-energy move associated with punk, metal, and rock shows. The performer (or sometimes a brave audience member) leaps from the stage and is passed overhead by the crowd — crowd surfing. It's thrilling, dangerous, and often banned by venues.
