Plant-based
Meaning: A diet or lifestyle centered on foods derived from plants rather than animals.
A rebranding of vegetarian/vegan eating that focuses on what you DO eat rather than what you avoid. 'Plant-based' sounds more positive than 'vegan' and is used by people who are mostly but not strictly vegan. The plant-based food industry has boomed.
