Alignment
Meaning: Agreement or shared understanding between people, teams, or strategies.
Being 'in alignment' means everyone agrees on direction and priorities. Getting 'aligned' is what corporate meetings supposedly achieve. Can also be used passively-aggressively: 'I don't think we're aligned on this' means 'I disagree.'
